Welcome to the Penn State DuBois website. I invite you to spend a few moments exploring our campus, where we truly care about each and every one of our students. Let me assure you that all of our faculty and staff, and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
Penn State DuBois is a campus that offers the unique advantages of a small college, as well as the resources of a large university. We provide a personalized educational experience that will give you a head start in developing the skills that are highly correlated with later success, whether in the workforce or in furthering your education. The success of our alumni attests to that. For example, one alumnus is an international expert on clean energy technology, whose work earned him a Nobel Prize. Another alumnus went on to become the president of the parent company of DISH Network. A third is the CEO of a national foundation focused on preserving natural resources. We also proudly claim Pennsylvania’s Senate President Pro Tempore and Speaker of the House of Representatives in the ranks of our alumni. We are proud of these professionals, and all of our alumni who go on to find success in their fields. Now, we have reserved a place especially for you in the long line of Penn State DuBois success stories.
Our students rate our faculty very highly, which is not surprising, since so many have won university and professional awards for teaching, and have been recognized internationally for their research efforts. In addition to the quality bachelor and associate degree programs that you can complete here at Penn State DuBois, we are also able to offer the first two years of most Penn State programs that can be completed at other Penn State locations.
Not only will you receive the quality instruction and educational opportunities you deserve, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in clubs, social activities, leadership opportunities, community service, and internships. These activities help to provide a full college experience and prepare you for taking your place within the next generation of community, civic, and workplace leaders.
