The Pennsylvania State University’s annual security and fire safety report entitled “Policies, Safety, and U” is now available on line at http://www.clery.psu.edu/clery/security-reports/upload/122425dPoliciesSafetyU_DuBois.pdf. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Crime Statistics Act requires Penn State to publish an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report and make it available to all current students and employees. The report includes several University campus safety and security policy statements and crime statistics for the most recent three years. The policy statements address the University's policies, procedures and programs concerning safety and security, for example, responding to emergency situations and sexual assaults. The federal Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Regulations also require Penn State to provide alcohol and drug information to all current students and employees. The report includes information about University alcohol and drug policies; federal, state and local alcohol and other drug laws; and campus and community resources.
The report is available online at http://www.clery.psu.edu/clery/security-reports/upload/122425dPoliciesSafetyU_DuBois.pdf.
