May fulfill licensure requirements for professionals
100-Hour Personal Care Home Administrator Training delivers continuing education for health care professionals who are preparing to become personal care home administrators and/or administrators and direct-care staff members who need to meet continuing education requirements. Prior to initial employment as an administrator, candidates must successfully complete a 100-hour training course.
These programs address issues surrounding personal care homes. The training also addresses the responsibility of providing safe, humane, comfortable, and supportive residential settings for adults who don’t require the services in or of a licensed long-term care facility, but do require assistance or supervision with daily living activities and other physical and mental life skills.
PHR/SPHR Certification Review The SHRM Learning System® will provide participants an overview of key areas in human resource management. This course will help you increase your professional value and earn your credentials as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR® (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
