Refund Policy for Textbooks – Penn State DuBois Bookstore
TEXTBOOKS WITH A RECIEPT
1. A full refund will be given during the 1st week of class, with a receipt.
2. After the first week, a full refund will be given within 2 days of purchase, with a receipt.
3. After the second day of purchase, get a 75% refund
4. Summer or special course session refunds accepted for one week only after start of class.
ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE WITH A RECEIPT
1. Get a full refund anytime in your original form of payment
2. Software must be unopened for exchange or refund (open software may be exchange for the identical item)
WITHOUT A RECEIPT
1. Merchandise credit will be given at the current selling price
2. Cash back on merchandise credits will not exceed $10.00
NO REFUNDS GIVEN
1. On textbooks after 30 days from the start of class
2. On textbooks without a receipt
3. On custom course materials, outlines, study guides, magazines, and prepaid phone cards
