Transfer applicants are those who have earned high school diplomas or the equivalent and who have attempted at least 18 semester credits at other regionally accredited colleges or universities before enrolling at Penn State. Learn more »
A student who has completed less than 18 semester credits should apply to Penn State as a first year student.

Prospective students who would like to know whether credits earned at another institution are transferable to Penn State are invited to use the on-line course evaluation guide.
