General Financial Aid Information
Penn State DuBois recognizes the important role played by financial assistance when it comes to accessing higher education. Over 80% of our students receive some sort of financial aid assistance each year. We are committed to helping individuals and families identify all possible financial aid sources. The information on this site is designed to give you an overview of the student aid process at Penn State. Financial Aid Deadlines
Suggested deadline to complete FAFSA on the WEB is February 15th; this is recommended in order to be considered for Penn State DuBois Scholarships.
Deadline for PHEAA (Pennsylvania Higher Education Association Agency) is May 1st BUT the FAFSA should be completed by April 15th to allow time for the information to be processed and sent to PHEAA.
There is no deadline for the Federal PELL Grant; however, in order to receive consideration for the grant, a FAFSA must be filed.
There is no deadline for loan consideration; however a FAFSA must be filed.
