Kelly A. Redding, MOT, OTR/L joined the Penn State Dubois Campus as an adjunct instructor in the fall of 2005 for the group dynamics course and the psychosocial dysfunction for the spring of 2006 to the present. In the fall of 2010 she initiated the faculty directed fieldwork at Christ the King manor where students lead groups on the Alzheimer’s unit. She currently teaches the clinical documentation course and holds a one day lecture/lab for physical agent modalities each spring.
Kelly is a 2002 graduate of Saint Francis University with a master degree in occupational therapy and a minor in psychology.
Kelly currently works at a 240 bed skilled nursing facility where she was assistant director of rehabilitation services for five years. Her past work experience includes director of rehabilitation services for an outpatient clinic, hand therapy, home health, acute care, inpatient psychiatric unit, and long term care. Kelly is a volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association and facilitates monthly support group meetings in her local community.
